• Are you a consultant or business owner selling a service or high-touch product?
  • Are you uncomfortable with selling?
  • Do you want to grow your business?

Then this course is for you!

As a business owner and former business development executive, I can't tell you how many times I've heard people say, "I'm just not good at sales." This is a fundamentally flawed belief. Selling your service is all about building authentic relationships with clients—and, like any skill, it can be learned.

Becoming a Business Development Boss is all about taking control of your business and demonstrating your value—not becoming the classic image of a smarmy person "selling people something they don't need."

Whether you're just starting your business or well into your career, these four modules will break down the process of relationship development, transforming you into a confident, effective Business Development Boss.

Here's what past Bosses have to say:

"Become a Business Development Boss is a real gut check that allowed me to distinguish between good ideas and projects that deserve real attention. Ashley's style is a combination of inquisitive, collaborative and provocative."

"I am using the templates like crazy right now. I typically put follow up off indefinitely but having these to start from has taken the fear out of sending follow-up emails. Thank you thank you."
